Patient Greeting Delivery Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday:

    All messages received by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time will be delivered the same day.

    Messages received after 3:00 p.m. will be delivered the next day.
  • Fridays after 3:00 p.m. and Weekends:

  • All messages received after 3:00 p.m. on Friday and during the weekend will be delivered on Monday.

    • Messages sent to patients that have been discharged cannot be delivered
