Patient Feedback
North Valley Hospital uses the Avatar patient satisfaction system to obtain detailed information about the care we provide our patients. This is our report card on how well we are doing.
The evaluation measures three categories:
Patient Expectations
Impressions of quality of care and service, how well personal needs were met and confidence that things will go right
Processes
Physician care, nursing and technical staff care, admission/registration, wayfinding in facility, billing and financial processes
Outcomes
Loyalty, endorsement of North Valley Hospital, value
This information not only lets us know how we are doing but also identified opportunities for improvement.
Feedback also includes written comments and suggested improvements.
