| Cameron Gardner, MD, has joined North Valley Professional Center in Columbia Falls starting on October 1, 2011. Dr. Gardner is Board-Certified in Family Practice Medicine with a special interest in geriatrics.
Dr. Gardner comes to the North Valley Professional Center from Libby, MT where he excelled for the last six years in a family practice setting. Dr. Gardner graduated from the University of Rochester School of Medicine where he received his medical degree with a distinction in research on geriatric depression. He later moved to Billings where he completed his family medicine training while earning a resident teaching award.
“I am excited to join the staff at North Valley Professional Center,” Dr. Gardner said. “I’m looking forward to working with the expertise at the clinic and with the affiliated medical community at North Valley Hospital. It will be a pleasure to get to know the community members and assist them with their healthcare needs.”
Dr. Gardner is an avid sports lover and plans on attending Columbia Falls high school athletic events. After settling into the community, he also looks forward to joining Flathead Search and Rescue.
“Dr. Gardner is a wonderful addition to the North Valley Professional Center and community of Columbia Falls,” said Margaret Bumgarner, Practice Manager. “His expertise will complement the other specialties and assist in maintaining our well-rounded, patient-centered family practice.”
Joining Dr. Gardner is his wife, Amanda, and three children: Madisyn, 8, Harper, 7, and Cole, 5. He enjoys mountain biking, basketball, karaoke, skiing and spending time with his family. He also looks forward to exploring Glacier National Park.
The community is invited to meet Dr. Gardner at a welcome reception from 5:30-7:30 pm, Wednesday, October 12 at North Valley Professional Center. The event is free and refreshments will be served.
