 Donor Wall
Gifts of $1000 or more will have donor's name engraved on our prominent recognition wall located in the mall corridor near the Meditation Room. The wall is updated semi annually.
Visionaries: $500,000+
Believers: $100,000-$499,999
Healers: $25,000-99,999
Nurturers: $10,000-$24,999
Sustainers: $5,000-$9,999
Encouragers: $1,000-$4,999
As you give over time your donor status changes. We value longterm relationships with our donors and we recognize you for all your gifts over time. For example, if you donate $500 this year and $500 again next year, your total contribution to NVH Foundation will be $1000. You will be recognized at that time as an Encourager. Your donor status continues to grow along with the total value of your gifts.
Pledges
You may also pay in installments over 3-5 years. You are recognized for the entire pledge amount the year you make your first payment.
Memorials and Honorariums
Tribute gifts are made in memory of a loved one as a lasting memorial. A meaningful remembrance at a time of loss and sadness offers hope for the future. Individuals often include a note in obituary announcements directing contributions to North Valley Hospital Foundation. All Tribute and Memorial gift amounts remain confidential and are acknowledged by the Foundation with a card sent to the person, or to the family of the person, in whose name the gift was given. The donor will receive a separate acknowledgment and statement to be used for tax purposes.

Pavers
Pavers may be purchased inscribed with donors’ names, a business name, or as a lasting tribute or memorial of a loved one. Pavers are located on walls outside the main entrance.

6x6 Paver $100 Three (3) lines of nine (9) characters each
6x12 Paver $500 Three (3) lines of eighteen (18) characters each
12x12 paver $750 Five (5) lines of eighteen (18) characters each
