North Valley Hospital is pleased to announce the opening of the North Valley Internal Medicine Clinic in Whitefish on January 3, 2011. Elizabeth White, MD, is joining the clinic to provide primary care and internal medicine services for adults.
The new clinic is part of North Valley Hospital’s efforts to provide needed services at convenient locations throughout the primary and outreach communities it serves. Dr. White is leaving Glacier Medical Associates in Whitefish, but will continue to work closely with them to provide ongoing care to patients. As Dr. White takes on the responsibility as the lead physician for the new Clinic, she also will work occasionally as a “hospitalist” at the Hospital.
Dr. White graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle in 1995 and completed her residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center with a specialty in Primary Care Internal Medicine. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
“We are delighted to finalize this clinical integration of internal medicine services provided by Dr. White as a division of North Valley Hospital,” states Jason Spring, North Valley Hospital’s CEO. “Dr. White brings a wealth of medical experience and has a great reputation for compassion and thoroughness that aligns well with our hospital’s patient-centered care philosophy.”
“The greatest reward as a physician is working with patients to achieve the highest quality of life and health possible,” said Dr. White. “I am ecstatic about the opportunity to work with North Valley Hospital and their staff to continue to promote patient-centered care as a way to better health and wellbeing for our patients and for our community.”
The North Valley Internal Medicine Clinic will officially open on January 3, 2011 in the North Valley Professional Office Building located at 711 E. 13th St., in Whitefish. The office can be reached at 406-862-5071. |
