NVH Foundation |
History
Established in 1999, as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the North Valley Hospital Foundation's mission is to support and enhance the vision, mission and values of North Valley Hospital through the development and management of private support.
The Foundation continues to work tirelessly to develop a strong base of philanthropic support on behalf of the hospital. Its efforts help improve hospital facilities, increase and diversify Medical services, and provide outstanding patient-centered care.

The Foundation prospers through the generosity of individuals, families, corporations and foundations who believe in and respond philanthropically to our cause.
A Board of Trustees comprised of 15 volunteer community representatives governs North Valley Hospital Foundation. The Foundation adheres to the highest ethical standards with regard to fundraising and fund management.
The North Valley Hospital Foundation (ID number 81-0526541) is organized as a Montana charitable public benefit corporation as described in Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3). Donors are entitled to a charitable income tax deduction under Internal Revenue Code Section 170(c)(2). New IRS regulations and amendments to the Tax Code regarding charitable contributions require us to state that North Valley Hospital Foundation did not provide any goods or services to you in consideration of your contribution.
