Contributors will receive increasing opportunities for involvement and recognition as they progress through accumulative giving levels during their lifetime. The donor lists are computer generated and can be easily updated to correct recognition information or to recognize additional gifts.

PAVERS (Donor Form)
Located just outside the main hospital entrance, pavers are lasting memorials and honorariums.
They are available in the following sizes
- $100 - 6"x6"
- $500 - 6"x12"
- $750 - 12"x12"
LANDSCAPING (Donor Form)
- $250 for a tree or shrub on the hospital grounds
- $1,500 for a park bench along the walk paths
