| New medical services will be available for Eureka area residents as North Country Medical Clinic welcomes Ryan Gunlikson, MD to their facility this month. Dr. Gunlikson is a Board-Certified General Surgeon who performs surgery at North Valley Hospital in Whitefish. He will hold clinic hours at North Country Medical Clinic in the morning of the second and fourth Thursday of each month beginning August 11th.
Dr. Gunlikson graduated medical school from the University of Washington and did his residency at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He has been on staff at North Valley Hospital since 1999 and practices out of North Valley Surgical Services in the North Valley Hospital Medical Village.
“I am excited to bring the added convenience of general surgery consultations and follow-up to the residents of Eureka and surrounding communities,” said Dr. Gunlikson. “Until now, patients had to drive nearly an hour to Whitefish each time they needed an office visit. By holding a clinic twice a month in Eureka, general surgery patients have the benefit of receiving these services close to home.”
Dr. Gunlikson is the latest addition to the list of visiting specialists at North Country Medical Clinic including gynecology, urology, orthopedics, spine, cardiology, and ultrasound services. Appointments with Dr. Gunlikson can be made through North Valley Surgical Services at 406-863-5575.
