As a Planetree Hospital, we are dedicated to providing patient centered care in a healing environment. We provide compassionate, high quality, and personalized care in a homelike atmosphere. our Med/Surg/Peds department has 6 private rooms, and 12 semi-private suites with vaulted ceilings and large windows facing the mountains. Our department is family oriented with large window seats that can be used as beds for guests, and family areas for nourishment and relaxation. Also our semi-private suites have French doors that open into healing gardens. We have dog visitation therapy, healing harp music, and massage therapy. We believe in the healing effects of soft lighting, music and art, which is why we've incorporated all of these into our beautiful curved corridor.
We have an interdisciplinary team that consists of physicians, care manager, nursing staff, physical therapist, occupational therapist, respiratory therapist, pharmacist, and dietician. These individuals in partnership with patients and families work together as a team to meet the needs of our patients. We believe that each patient is unique, with special needs, and that is why each of our staff members are trained in the Planetree philosophy of patient centered care. We have open visitation for families and guests, and we welcome all visitors and patients to our new hospital. |
