North Valley Hospital is pleased to announce that Jason A. Spring, FACHE (Fellow American College of Healthcare Executives), has assumed his position here as Chief Executive Officer.
The North Valley Hospital Board of Directors selected Spring through a rigorous national search conducted by Quorum Health Resources (QHR), the hospital’s management company. Spring joins us from Hot Springs, Arkansas where he was the CEO for five years at HealthPark Hospital, a 20-bed physician-owned hospital. Previous to this position, he spent three years as CEO for an 83-bed rehabilitation hospital system. He brings a wealth of experience from other positions that include Regional Director of Development and Managed Care for the Arkansas health market; VP of Network Development for a 153-bed medical center; Director of Development/Clinic Operations for three start-up clinics; and clinic manager for a hospital-based orthopedic clinic.

Spring has received several recognitions from various organizations and foundations including Arkansas Health Executive Forum and Arkansas Business as one of 40 individuals under age 40 most likely to have an influence on industry and politics in the future. In addition, he has been involved with professional and civic activities throughout his career, and he plans to continue his philanthropic activities in the Flathead Valley.

Spring earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Centenary College of Louisiana and a Master of Arts degree in Health Service Administration at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Spring is a Fellow American College of Healthcare Executives, a prestigious national organization for healthcare executives. Spring and his wife, Angie, have two children: Emma Claire, 9, and Jack, 6. |
