|  |  North Country Medical Clinic has stepped up its facility to meet the staffs’ mission and vision of patient care. The Planetree model of patient-centered care includes one-on-one personal service that is individualized to meet each patient’s needs. It is important in rural Eureka to have the doctors available to patient’s 24-hours a day, seven days a week for urgent care needs. When you call 911, our providers are available for the dispatch everyday.
A new state-of-the-art facility was completed in the fall of 2008 to maximize patient care. The building offers comfortable waiting and exam rooms; gorgeous mountain views that can be seen from patient rooms; and allows for the utmost patient privacy. The 6,000-square-foot first floor has three specialist rooms, in addition to six exam rooms for primary care physicians Drs Serban and Raluca Ionescu and Physician Assistant Miles Miller. An elevator to the second floor provides a large area to expand in the near future.
 North Country Medical Clinic offers a wide range of services and specialties, including:
- Internal medicine
- Primary, wellness and urgent care
- Women and men’s health services (including annual exams)
- Family/Children health services (including well-child checkups and vaccinations)
- Pediatric and adolescent health
- Clia-waived lab tests
- Digital X-ray (daily)
- Ultrasound (Monday and Thursday)
- EKG
- Dermatology
- Biopsy bay
- Allergy injections
- Coumadin Clinic
- Pulmonary function tests
- Minor surgical procedures
- Care visits at Mountain View Manor

Orthopedics with Dr. Matt Bailey (First and Third Wednesday)
Urology with Dr. Jon Mercer (First Thursday)
Spine clinic with Dr. Steven Rizzolo (once a month)
North Country Medical Clinic also offers services for employment related health care and testing needs. These include:
- Commercial driver’s license physicals
- Pre-employment and post-accident drug screening

Clinic Hours
The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with expanded hours on Wednesday to 7 p.m.
