As you enter the link to our On-Line Donation Form, please note that if your wish is to designate your gift to a specific fund, you may enter that information in the space porvided for on the form "This restricted gift is designated for:"
Suggestions for funds are:
- Capital Campaign (for the payment of debt of our new facility)
- General Fund (for the greatest needs of our hospital)
- Endowment Fund (the principle is never touched)
- Departments (Specific hospital departments)
- Programs (planetree, nursing education, community outreach, etc.)
