A Designated Rural Health Clinic
In 2012, North Valley Professional Center became a designated Rural Health Clinic which provides for a sliding fee scale to help those in need thereby making healthcare services more accessible and affordable.
With the sliding fee scale, discounts for in-office services which are felt to be medically necessary by the clinic’s care providers are offered based upon household income and size using federal poverty guidelines. If the applicant appears to be eligible for Medicaid, a written denial of coverage by Medicaid may be required.
For more information on whether you may be eligible for the sliding fee scale, contact the North Country Medical Clinic Manager, at 406-296-2438.
