Located in Columbia Falls, the facility is staffed by three board-certified physicians (Mary Ann Carlson, MD, Pediatrics; Cameron Gardner, MD, Family Practice; Katiera Rivera. DO Family Practice & Obstetrics) and a nurse practitioners (Dan Masar, MSN, NP-C and Brittany Coburn, NP-C). Kyle Stansbury, LCSW provides behavioral health services. They, along with the current support staff are available to serve their local community.
A Designated Rural Health Clinic
In 2012, North Valley Professional Center became a designated Rural Health Clinic which provides for a sliding fee scale to help those in need thereby making healthcare services more accessible and affordable.
With the sliding fee scale, discounts for in-office services which are felt to be medically necessary by the clinic’s care providers are offered based upon household income and size using federal guidelines. If the applicant appears to be eligible for Medicaid, a written denial of coverage by Medicaid may be required.

The Laboratory at the Professional Center in Columbia Falls
At The Professional Center, North Valley Hospital currently offers radiology (X-ray and Ultrasound) services and operates a laboratory that is certified by the College of American Pathologists and CLIA, the highest regarded laboratory recognition in the country. Regardless of where your doctor or health care provider is located, you can have your laboratory work done at this location. The specimens are collected daily in Columbia Falls and processed through the Laboratory at North Valley Hospital.
Laboratory Services available at the Professional Center include, but not limited to:
