The survey essentially acts as the hospital’s report card with respect to how well it’s doing while identifying opportunities for improvement. The hospital evaluation measures patient expectations, processes and outcomes for the department where patients were admitted. North Valley Hospital accepts a wide variety of health insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Champus/TRICARE, and private insurance providers. Please note that you may receive multiple statements and bills for your services. Some services are billed separately from hospital charges including those from the Radiologist, Pathologist, Surgeon and other specialists.
